Can anyone help me with this brown leopard-spotty bowl?

Anyone know who manufactured this piece of glass?

It's a brown bowl, with leopard type spots stuck in the glass...

Tortoise shell glass, and by the looks of it quite a modern piece, perhaps from India or from Poland. But a bottom view would be most helpful.
