Dimensions are also often helpful.  "Extremely small" is hard to assess.   Close-up photos of the patterns of the "cut" pieces might help determine whether they are pressed or cut.

5640 looks European to me.
5641 and 5649 are probably pressed.
It's possible 5659 is ABP, but we'd need better photos to judge.  Is the crosshatching polished or left grey?
I suspect the punch bowl set is also pressed.
