Can anyone id this swirl paperweight please?

It has a concave polished pontil and is about 2 3/4" in diameter.

It looks similar to the red/white/blue swirl Whitefriars weights, but I don't know much about those so I could be way off.

Whats the base like Cazza?  It does look like the 1949 Whitefriars weights, but the colours are wrong.  Design is spot on though.  Is it heavy?  Does it have some age to it?

Hi it weighs 492 grams, the base is concave and polished. I am not sure of age it is worn on the base, there are a few small inclusions.

Hi Cazza if you are going to Gaydon Ray will be there he can tell you,i have had a lot of unusual colours in the past that he said were right,i am selling a fabulous cut one on ebay today dont suppose it will get much as its not in the catalogue but it is dead right i bought it from the cutter that worked with Ray.JP

Hi there Johnphillip I googled it and it looks good, but i cannot get there either. I Hope someone would be able to show him a picture, I could email them one of the base if they liked as well.

We really MUST get Ray on a computer!  His wealth of knowledge would be SO useful!  ::)
