Base mark

Got this last weekend the person selling said it was from Malta but i do not recognise the base marks. it looks a bit like 3 &'s on top of 3 Pi symbols. Could be Chinese?

Looks like a good Guernsey Glass piece. So mark should be 3 lions. Search on board for examples of mark.
