He has written books including
Sheldon Barr's book entitled "Venetian Glass, Confections in Glass, 1855-1914" was published in June of 1998 by Harry N. Abrams, Inc., New York. An article also authored by him entitled: "Venetian art nouveau glass" was published in the February 2000 issue of The Magazine Antiques, Brant Publications, Inc., New York. Objects from his collections have been illustrated in "The American Heritage History of Antiques"

a quote from his email

'Of course you can use it. Could you use the message board to spread the word that my next book "Venetian Glass Mosaics" will be released in October-November. It is published by The Antique Collectors' Club, a British publisher. It covers both the Salviati and the Venice and Murano Company's' mosaics from 1860 to 1917. It is the first book on the subject.
"Born to lose, Live to win." Ian (Lemmy) Kilmister Motorhead (1945-????)
