Pitcher / Jug - Pontil? ID help please

As advised by one of the members, i've split my original discussion into individual discussions for each item. Hopefully you can help identify this piece:
A dark blue / grey jug with pinched spout and polished pontil 27 cms tall - any ideas?

Likely European - German or Polish, c.1970s.
