Large amber pressed glass center piece vase help

Any ideas on manufacturer of this piece it stands 6" high 10" x 7" opening base diameter 4 1/4" which is ground so could be continental. Its one of those i have seen some where before and for the life of me i cannot think where it was.At my wits end now on the tip of my tongue just can't think so help please.http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-10061

A ground base is more an indication of how and when rather than where. It's the ground tops that may point to continental Europe
