From an inherited collection I have this one little glass where a clear glass ball is sitting in an amber glass claw and the stem and foot in amber, which (to my mind) is very cleverly made, but I'm sure you will all be able to tell me if I'm wrong, if this could be a modern mass production item  :huh: or if it IS genuinely interesting ... The two are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

OK just looked at your site, perhaps I should rephrase my question ... but I did say I thought it was very clever ...

It probably was fairly mass-produced, but skilfully by hand and definitely requires an admirable skill level. While not my own favourite style, I do think the way the stem has been made is interesting and I would be very happy to be able to do that perfectly every time!
