this bowl has no markings except for a large polished pontil mark....the underside of the pewter rim has the following...
a german crown....followed.with the number.....1631...followed with a shield with a half rampart lion inside the shield
the markings are real difficult to photograph...so ive being told that yes its loetz but the pewter mounts...no history.
hopefully someone knows...please.

Loetz Creta Rusticana decor - circa 1900. I may be able to tell you something about the shape when I get home. Nice piece. :)
