Kev, there are 4 blue lines on the base but why are they there? because the canes going down the stem are white


Frank, them stretched piercing things would look good on a xmas tree :D

About the blue lines ... ... No real idea! But perhaps some (or all) of the white threads have a strip of blue, rather like a regular "twist cane" but only the blue bits seen on the base are visible?

Are they just surface lines at the "base" or are they deeper within the piece, and do they also go up around the "stem"?

there just suface line's and only go up the stem of about a couple of mm's,
