Hi
I think with the moulded twist and the white spiral it is Tiger :!:
My dealer has your shape, undulating forms, decanters, and lots of my type of vase - they come in many colours from bright red, orange, amethyst, green - to light olive and beige.
The base of my item is the same as your vase Tiger and the green decanter shown by Anne.
So a connection has been made - Many of the items in my dealers shop have the G Hardy sticker on - note 'Italian Art Glass' - some also have a red and gold foil sticker similar to but not Seguso.
I think the stickers give a date of 1970s - I don't know if G Hardy imported Alrose or indeed who else imported Alrose
This is their sticker Alrose from a large glass goblet - not like our pieces at all auction link
Note that the label like the G Hardy sticker says 'Italy'

Frank:
It could certainly be an English importer label.
Jaffe Rose and Hoskins Rose both imported Italian glass. Check-out if any had a director with the name A.L. Rose.
Tigerchips:
I have recenly come by a large Empoli looking jug with with two stripes rather than the usual four. It's a shame it had no labels though.
It would appear from this link that there is a positive relationship between G Hardy and the decanters marked Empoli.

The jug I was just talking about had exactly the same colours and decoration so these are probably related too.

Excellent Tiger
This is from the same range as mine and I think the others on this thread - my dealer has this exact same bottle vase in orange but without the G Hardy label - pieces are starting to come together a bit more now.
G Hardy seems to have imported this range, are we saying it was Empoli region - the 'Italian Art Glass' on label would support this.
Does this put Alrose out of the picture - or would they have imported as well.
Then there is the foil label on the decanter at one of my dealers - I will go and take a photograph of it and that label - it is definitely part of the range, same base and spiral moulding with white stopper.
OK so we could be dealing with one Empoli maker and many importers or similar Empoli makers (sometimes the many factories made very similar items - though these do all seem finished in same way to me) with their own importers.

Hi
I have been to my local dealer and he let me photo a few of these vases – he has many more.
This is my original vase with G Hardy ‘Italian Art Glass’ label in blue and gold.
Here is a group of same 20” high vases in other colour ways – same finishing to base (there is also a deep green and olive shade).
This is a decanter tall, I am sure that it is of the manufacturer – base is the same. Label to bottom in red and gold is an importer label other than G Hardy - however, note the clear glass showing betwen the stripes.
This is a cylindrical vase in olive – I think it was about 16” high.
This vase was seen on eBay I think – it is a lovely form and colour.
This is a stemmed vase – over 20” I think with ribbed moulding.
I would like to extend my thanks to Stephen at Relics, Glasgow for allowing me to take the photos.
Thanks
Adam P
