Crystal glasses Silver base, hallmark sleuths help needed
« on: September 17, 2008, 04:15:39 PM »
Nice set of 6 cut tumblers, 5 1/2 Inches, with a hallmarked silver base.
The cut looks very English, the hallmark, however i dont think , is English,
it reads 925 * 1253 FI  (the star ,5 pointed hollow, shows quite well ,pic 1 )

Any ideas or clues to maker/origin from the hallmark ?? Glasses not marked.

Cheers all,
Andy

ps it definitely reads 925, but the stamp on each glass is upside down to the *1253 FI

Now you need to find where the glass was made.
