Blue marbled cased glass lidded pot, help please.

I would be grateful for any help regarding the maker and the likely age of this item. I have inherited it from an aunt and think it could be quite old.
It is a blue marbled effect inside a clear casing. Approx 14cms diameter. Thank you.
