Very nice!  Congratulations on your prize, lovely display.  Is the cake real?

I like the Richardson tulip vases.  What are table charms?

Hmmm, that Best Single Piece looks kinda green ;D - is that just the photo?  Nice to see an engraved piece win!  Does Annagruen qualify as vaseline?  Where does one draw the line?  Must be tough sometimes.

TABLE CHARMS:  I used the term generically for something that was made 80 years later by Fostoria.  I could have used 'glass centerpiece' or epergne or another such term.  here is a link to Fostoria's pattern that was called TABLE CHARMS in their glass line.  this was made from 1959-1961 in this color (other colors ran an extra year or two).

The similarity was close enough for me to 'borrow' the name.

Yes, the decanter was 'kinda green'.  However, it was uranium glass, and it was an impressive piece, almost 20 inches tall.  the photo was also not that good.

The frosting was real, but under it was styrofoam.  I decorated the styrofoam in my room prior to bringing down the cake stand for the display.
