Victorian Decorative Glass - Fairy Lamp

Hi,  

Does anyone have any contact information for Mervyn Gulliver author, Victorian Decorative Glass?

I am trying to find any information on on a fairy lamp shown the cover of Victorian Decorative Glass. I suspect it is from a registered design application. But, who registered the design? Perhaps someone in this forum might have some information on it or how to contact Mervyn.


Any help or information is appreciated.
