Murano decanter

Another one to add to my bundle of predominantly not quite perfect bits of Murano. Not sure if this would have been for spirits or scent as odd sort of matt bloom to outside of the stopper and an area of the body - looks like something corrosive hasn't been wiped off. Chunky at nearly 1.3kg and measures 9 1/4ins x 4 1/2ins x 2 1/4ins. No apparent identifying marks.
