The seller says:

This wonderful paperweight is a genuine piece of fine British art glass by Perthshire.    It is a spectacular example with a concentric millefiori design cased in clear glass with a signature cane with a P in the middle.

I think this one is Murano or Edinburgh with Murano canes.

That's a really nice Fratelli Toso. The seller had another FT listed as Baccarat. I wrote to him about it and he fixed the listing. I have written about this one too.
