ID needed for unusual beaker, I have no ideas. HELP!

I hope someone can help me identfy this one, I have owned this for at least ten years and have never known what it is. The beaker measures 3.75" high and just over 2.5" diameter. The outer is textured with the pattern of the glass and the inner is smooth and frosted, any help would be very much appreciated.

It looks like Murano glass to me. I don't know which company it might be.
