Topic: Is this piece made by Ioan Nemtoi? Any other suggestion?

I have this big vessel. It is 58 cm tall (approx. 23 inchs)
It is not Murano glass and I'm not sure about ho made it. Looking around I suppose it was made by Ioan Nemtoi, but I'm not expert about this glass and this artist. Any other suggestion?

I guess we all assume it is Murano because of the fancy foot - but you say it it not. And so we're stuck. It does not look like Nemtoi - and I assume he would have been clever enough to sign it if he did it. But maybe you can mail him directly and ask? Should it be another Romanian piece you may have great difficulty identifying it....

Alex, the colours are very similar to  ones Nemtoi used at the end of the nineties and the coloured band at the top is typical for that time. Are you sure it isn't signed? I have two pieces where the signature is very hard to spot.
