I.D. Glass/Frosted Glass Candlestick

Hello, I purchased this candlestick this weekend and have no idea as to the maker and really don't know what to call the fish thingy. Any help is always appreciated from you experts.  TIA  brenda

thanks, I will check out that site.  there is an exact duplicate of mine on ebay that is listed in antique pressed glass but has no maker name.  thanks for your suggestion.  brenda
