Hi Malcolm, welcome to the board.
A Nice bowl, and another unusual design . Ferjac certainly liked to be a little different, whoever they or he was !
I still have alook sometimes for Ferjac stuff.
Your bowl may be another clue , maybe the others contributors on this thread , who are much more involved in
the Glass world than me, would be interested.
Has anything new come to light on Ferjac ? Anyone ?

Cheers
Andy

Thanks for the welcome Andy!  For the first time, I looked on eBay.fr under their glass and pottery section and found this:

http://cgi.ebay.fr/vase-en-verre-noir-signe-FERJAC-annees-50-60-/251000239757?pt=FR_JG_C%C3%A9ramiques_Verre&hash=item3a70c7b68d

and this:

http://ceramique-verre.shop.ebay.fr/i.html?_nkw=Ferjac&_sacat=73846&LH_PrefLoc=0&_src=hmpg&_sop=16&cmd=Blend&LH_TitleDesc=0

and this:

http://ceramique-verre.shop.ebay.fr/i.html?_src=hmpg&_sop=16&LH_TitleDesc=0&_sacat=73846&cmd=Blend&LH_PrefLoc=0&_nkw=Ferjac&cmd=Blend&LH_Complete=1

Unfortunately I don't speak or read French so I have no idea if these offer more information.  I am surprised that these don't turn up in the top Google searches as most eBay
listings go pretty high.  Maybe some countries don't allow data collection from search engines.

Hi Malcolm, ebay.fr is interesting, ive just been having a look through, lots of nice glass on there!
Those links were interesting, i'd quite like the vase like mine to have a pair, it seems he only sends to France.
Ive asked if he posts to the UK and a cost, but no reply!
The cartoon glasses are interesting, my theory of Pol Ferjac being the designer of the glass , i think , is now
a definite no, as the signature on the cartoons bear no resemblence to the signature on the glass! I did still
hold out a little hope that i was on the right track , i think that knocks my theory on the head!  ::)

I'm sure more information will come to light one day. :sun:

I will add ebay.fr on to my bookmarks and have a look occisionally . Thanks for that.

Hope to see some of your other glass in the future.
Regards
Andy
