... no longer. This item is marked for the Melting Pot Glass Studio in Margaret River, Western Australia. This business was operated 1991-96 by artists Gerry Reilly and Kent Le Grand. From 1996 until today it has been the studio of Gerry Reilly. It has a

Facebook page.
The paperweight in the photos dates from about the same time and is signed for the studio, but it is somewhat different in style with its clear casing. The bottle in the third photo is signed by Gerry Reilly himself although it is more of a kind with the surface treatment of your paperweight. The rough ground out pontil scar (seen in the photo of the base of my paperweight and in the OP's) is also characteristic of the Western Australian glass artists of this time.
