Agreed this is Harrtil, in that the fabric inside the piece is Harrtil. I wondered if plants other than than Harrachov had used the fabric in their pieces as it wasn't that uncommon for designs from one plant  to be modified by another. Mark Hill writes that facetted Harrtil was introduced in 1958 and so if Harrachov did facetted pieces then I agree that this piece is by Harrachov. I suppose I was struck too much by the similarity between the shape of this Harrtil piece and the Exbor piece on eBay.
