Just as a thought, the BRF mark as shown by Mike and the mark as shown by Ivo in his book could be variations of the same mark that has changed over time... We have seen many examples of such evolution in marks as fashions change.

Mike, good luck with e-mailing Egizia - I did this a while ago (in English and Italian) and have never received a reply.  :?

Update: It *is* BRF - Bormioli Rocco & Figlio S.p.A. - this mark is shown as being used at two of their plants:

Via Mazzini, 1, Bergantino RO

Via San Leonardo, 41, Parma, PR
