I would call it indigo blue, looks lovely in sunshine and I am fairly sure it was made by Riihimaki (Rhiimaen Lasi).

As an afterthought, does anyone know why in this country (Britain) we tend to call the glassworks after the town and not it's name? Is it one of those internet phenomena thingies?

John.

Hi Kazleeb

This is indeed from the Riihimaki factory and was designed by Tamara Aladin. It was produced in the 70's in a variety of colours ;)

best wishes

Cath
