Topic: pumpa pa fox ??? does anybody know this signiature??

I found a piece of glass last week (which at the time i didnt buy as it was to much for a punt) it looked like it had some age to it. I was told it was a fly catcher bottle, it was a vase with a long thin neck round body and applied stemmed foot. On the base hand signed very clearly it had PUMPA PA FOX, ive done a little digging around but have so far been unable to find anything. does anybody know anything about the name??
