pretty glass, signed to base ID = Cowdy
« on: June 04, 2009, 12:01:26 PM »
hi there
im having a real good sort through today...i need space in my house to move!!, ok i thought this may be maltese when i bought and it is signed but im 100% sure its not Mdina (someone gonna tell me they have a stickered one now  ;D :spls2:) the signiature doesnt look like Mtarfa either def not phoenician glass signiature.
the signiature is right in the semi polished pontil, so its hard to see whats siniature and whats polish marks last letters may be  dy ?? or, ds ?? stem has pink and a burgandy colour with a mirrored metalic colour. I wouldnt say it was exceptionally well made but ok i cant get anything when scanning/photographing the base
many thanks
michelle
