« on: May 11, 2009, 08:45:12 PM »
Bought this one a few weeks ago and would appreciate any help with maker and age please.

It is just under 10 inches high and the top diameter is just over 6 inches and very heavy

Many thanks
Hil :)

I am almost sure that piece is Czech/Czechoslovakian.
I have no time to browse Marcus's Sklo Union database, but when not there than possibly Bohemia Podebrady or Jablonecke sklo - pressed lead crystal. I will keep it in mind and let you know as soon as I will know more.
