Unknown uranium? plate?

Purchased today a 10.5" diameter plate which i think may be known as uranium type? nice design moulded to the base not much wear could be modern, Thanks for looking.

Fairly confident it's not uranium. It doesn't look right, although the only way you can be sure with a lot of green glass is with a UV light. I also think I had one of these plates and it wasn't. No idea on maker, although I would guess Czechoslovakia or even Poland. Is the base rim ground?

That probably puts it pre the late 1960s, i.e., before full automation
