Sklo Union Vase? Or Look-a-Like?

I thought this vase might be one of the Sklo Union makers, but I've looked through the books and several online galleries and can't spot it anywhere. 

Now I'm wondering if it's maybe Polish/German like some of the other look-a-likes? :huh:



Measures 20cm tall.
