Modern glass cordial ID, please

This cordial is 6 1/2" tall.  Anyone recognize a maker from the style or signature?  I looks like an MH or possibly WH  I have two of the teal, both marked with 19342 and two yellow ones with 19343, so the number must be a stock number.   Thanks for looking.
