Someone has just given me the link to the Pressdlas website in Germany where the candlesticks and tray are listed as Libochovice 1925-28 - are you now saying that is not correct??

I'm saying we don't know. They are not shown in the catalogue for that date which I have a copy of here. Can you post the link where you've seen them as such please?

Hello.  Yes they are listed on http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/

If you click Bohemian on the left hand side and then scroll down to Libochovice the candlesticks and tray are listed there.

Pamelas main page with the glass man trinket box on.....scroll down the left hand side to Bohmen and click onto it.There are photos on the page and it does show the candlesticks as Libochovice and when you click on the candlesticks with the birds on it also shows part of the trinket set.

You're right. I just didn't recognise them as birds! But I'd need some convincing they were from the same set though

Ahhhhh Pamela has two pages for the same pieces and one says Libochovice and the other doesn't!
http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/kerzenhalter/02692.html
http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/toilettenservice/02693.html

I think we need Pamela's input about this set to confirm where she found the trinket set listed. I'll drop her a line and ask if she can look in. :)

The matching vase to Pamela's set is in the 1925/8 catalogue http://www.glas-musterbuch.de/Libochovice-1925-1928.118.0.html

Hi Anne
I was looking through Pamelas catalogues on her website and there is a vase in the Libochovice 1925-1928 on tafel 13b.The vase is flanked by 2 dove type birds?
Nige

Ermmm yes, Nige found that earlier, Christine. :kissy:

The trinket set isn't in there though...  nor in any of the other catalogues we've seen so far... so although it looks like the vase I'd not be happy with a firm attribution without a catalogue entry somewhere.
