Hi Melanie, and welcome to the world of paperweight collecting!  

I'm rather afraid it may be impossible to identify your weights, as these sort of weights are made by many different glassmakers, from America to Bohemia, China and India.  In the absence of labels or an identifying mark, for example on the base, it can be very difficult and ofen impossible to say where they come from  :?  :shock:

It might help if you could post pictures of the bases, but again, I'm afraid it might not!   :roll:
