This type of fused and slumped glass is produced in many different places as it does not require major technical installations - just an oven will do.  Companies such as Nahariya (Israel) and Mdina (Malta) do similar things, and there is a major producer in the north of Spain - but it could equally well have originated in Italy or in Germany. Unless it is marked you'll have a hard time attributing it.
