Large 3 sided stepped bowl

Any ideas who made this please? Three sided (measuring over 9" each). 5 stepped pattern. Concentric circles on base.
I haven't seen one like this before and its nothing like any other 3 sided bowls I have or have had in the past.
I'm thinking may be UGBC/Sherdley Glass, because of the colour??? $:-\$ but hopefully not.
