flecked vase ? Scottish ?

hi,this vase is flecked in yellow,cream,black and gold,its flared at the top and is 17cm tall and 13cm across the top with a polished out base,thanks kaz

Might it be Scottish?  Monart? Have you looked through the list of shapes on the Scotland's Glass website?
