Topic: Clear & White Art Glass Candlesticks w/White Cameo Hallmark

I bought three of these art glass candlesticks at an estate sale. They have a clear base with a white flower shaped top to hold a taper candle. the bottom has a white makers mark. It has a jagged circle with a profile in the center. I dont recognize it and it doesnt have a name. anyone know who it is?
