Is this a Bimini figurine ?

I stumbled upon this forum and am happy to be here.

I was told this is a Bimini figurine ? It measures 1" in diameter at the base x 3" high. The black spots is mold and the ribbon wrapped around the waist is attached to a box.

Lauscha most likely or Czech maybe.

ZBS or Lauscha - definitely nor Bimini. This is not bad news, I think.

So what you guys are saying this is by Lauscha, I am a bit naive, who or what is Lauscha and/or SBZ glass. I want to learn!
