Green Uranium Glass - Dolphin Comport / Centrepiece

Hi all

Just curious to know the maker on this item which was ended recently on ebay

I've seen a lot of different types of dolphin candlesticks, makers varied from Cambridge (USA) to S Reich (Czech).....not seeing a dolphin comport like this before :) Hope one can identify this item.
