It's difficult to know who did the small lampwork animals. These types of elephants are made by many people, often in malls or other marketplaces. Because of the time it might take you to find out who made them, I would recommend to just enjoy them. They're cute, but I don't see any special design that would make it worth the time you would invest in finding their maker.

I would put them in the Chinese section until you find out they're something else...
