Topic: chunky textured glass dish ashtray.. scandi??

Another one from my many boxes bought at auction on saturday.
Right this one is a good chunky piece, the glass is tinged a yellow colour although nice quality doesnt have that not so nice feel as some other yellow tinged glass has (im rambling) very tactilethe inner and rim are very smooth and rounded, mould blown, with a bark like textured underside which goes into a central point (rather than being randon)
13.5cms across. My first though was scandi, but the yellow colour to the glass is making me unsure?
anybody got any ideas what and when
