Czech crystal comport and cover with inscription

This comes in two pieces and stands 360mm high.It has a blueish tinge to it and has the inscription....

Habichuv Pohar Pro Zavody Post Holubu 1934
Very well cut and any ideas what it means and which factory made this one.
