This looks like a very well known design from Japan, often marketed as "Lenwile Glass - Ardalt".
Seen from above it will have the shape of a slightly twisted star.

I have one caveat tho and that is the canes, they look slightly different to the usual Ardalt canes,
but I haven't seen enough A. canes to be sure.
