Big Blue Vase - maybe 60's at a guess ?

This has optical moulding in horizontal lines around the outside of the lower part. It stands 7.5 inches high, measures 7 inches across the top diameter and 2.75 inches across the base, which looks to me like it has a nice ground and polished pontil.

Any help regarding maker, age, what to ask for it, would be very much appreciated.

 Could it be one of those vases that you hang on the wall in a metal bracket? Which would make it not very old I don't think.  :huh:  ::)  :chky:
