PV Signed France Cologne, Date?
« on: August 20, 2009, 04:49:44 AM »
I have a PV signed France bottle & always wondered about the era of manufacture. Is there any way to distinguish the date by signature, 1940's, 1950's, etc.? Thanks, Ken

Ivo — Thanks for the explanation — "PV" usually means Percival Vickers to me!

Thanks IVO. Had to brush up on my high school French, but can manage. That 1933 catalog is a monster, but great examples of some of the etches/cuttings & just about everything. Ken
