Hi, sorry I never got back sooner, yep everyone who guessed it wasn't neodymium glass well done. It does seem to be a blue colour to the base and 'fingers' holding the pink/purple bowl. I will have a look at  Chribska on the net and see how the colours look compared to the bowl. Thank you all for your help and input I had a sneaky idea it wasn't Murano as I was told at the time I got it.

Hi, after being aimed towards Chribska, I came across this finished ebay item http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=380134477870, which I think, shape and colour wise looks almost spot on ( obviously without the clear base ) The ebay item seems to be attributed to Josef Hospodka, if it is indeed  by Hospodka, I really think my bowl could be also, please would you all cast your more experienced eyes over this ebay item and firstly confirm that the ebay item is by Hospodka ( no guarantees there ) and then over the posible match to my bowl, the last ebay picture really looks like an exact match to the shape of my bowl.
Cheers everyone, David

It's difficult to see the pontil mark on this one. I still think it's probably Czech but not Chribska because of the pontil mark, maybe Skrdlovice is the answer, although I don't know. They seem to have used both round pontil marks and flat bases.
