hi,this is a loverly ruby red with a pale blue outer edge,i thought some one had painted its beak gold but on closer inspection you can see the gold on the inside underside of the beak, it is from beak to tail about 9 inch long and 6inch tall to top of its head,its heavy and weighs nearly 1 1/2kilo,lots of wear underneath,thanks kaz

Your duck looks like Murano glass. I don't recognize the maker, but it appears to be a good piece of glass.
