A few pictures added of the piece that originally started this thread a while back.

Recently purchased of a well know auction website. (Thanks Pat if your still around on GMB, I'm delighted with the item)

Fits in nicely with my Jiri Suhajek goblet which is also dated 1970. Both highly likely to have been blown at RCA London.
