Plain, pretty and huge bowl

Another spot by the OH just clear glass and scalloped underneath and I just had to have it. Is this one modern? DD says I am changing my center pieces every day now I really must stop but how!
It weighs 8.4lb and measures approx 31cm across wavy edge with lots of scalloping underneath.
Admittedly I did pay a tadge more for this one but it was looking at me
