Spotted Glass Swan Vase

I need some help with this swan bowl-shaped vase. It is 8" tall, with a clear balloton-blown bowl. The wings & neck are spotted with color inside the glass. I've guessed either contemporary Murano, Polish, or Chinese... but it could be anything. Thanks!
